Motorcycle Pants - Men

I do not consider my order complete since they have ghosted me on returning for a new size. I ordered a waist size up based on other reviews but upon receiving I realized I should have gotten my regular size, and a length longer in the legs, for ride up when seated. I contacted the company and was told to let them know the new new size I wished to get and return the old ones. I let them know my new size but never got confirmation, I then messaged for return address and heard nothing, a few days later i messaged and heard nothing. I have now been without contact for a week until they emailed me for a review. Would love to give more details on the product but currently all I can say is customer service is awful and the pants don’t fit

They sent me a used pair of pants with stains and dirt in the pocket, i sent numerous emails, no answer, no phone number to reach anyone. I tried the chat, no one answers. Very poor customer service, complete ripoff, i would never buy from this company again, and i'll spread the word to all my biker friends

Great pants, especially for the money.
Love all the features but a few could use improvement. I wish the lower leg zippers unzipped wider and farther up the let to be able to put pants on while boots are already on. Second I wish the waist wasn’t so high, if you have a belly or not the waist is too high. If you have a belly, the pants are over top of your belly and usually I snap a button. If you did or didn’t have a belly it sits too high for the knee armor to be in the correct place.
Other than those two improvements I wouldn’t change a thing. They are comfortable, sturdy, love the zip out liner and I even got caught in a thunderstorm and stayed completely dry.
