I ordered a jacket and gloves together, and never received gloves in the order. After numerous emails, I never heard back from the company, so we figured the claim, and I got a refund. Maybe you should answer your emails, and solve your companies problems.
While the product is good for the advertised price, I received pants that were the wrong size. The size tab was cut out like they thought I would not notice it? I have made many requests for an exchange, all ignored. I have been ghosted. Why would any company treat customers like this? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Great quality products but need to do a return and exchange. No one responding to emails. May have to dispute credit card.
